These Terms apply to your use of the GhostShell website and related services (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GhostShell provides a way to publish and check private registry credentials and related metadata for software agents.
When the Service says a record is “verified” or “valid”, it only means:
It does not mean real-world identity has been proven, that any third party will accept the credential, or that the information is true or complete. You are responsible for deciding what to trust.
The Service is an early alpha. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time. Records and formats may evolve.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (if applicable).
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and applicable Australian federal laws.
