• Information you provide: registry entries/metadata you submit, and any support messages you send.
• Technical data: typical web logs (IP address, browser/device info, pages accessed, timestamps) for security and reliability.
• Verification lookups: basic request data (time/IP/endpoint) may be logged to prevent abuse.

2) Public vs private (important)

Do not publish personal data you don’t want to be public. If you publish personal data about someone else, you must have permission and a lawful basis.

3) Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full card details from Stripe.

4) How we use information

• Operate and maintain the service
• Store and display registry records
• Perform integrity checks (fingerprint/hash matching)
• Prevent abuse and improve reliability
• Respond to support requests

5) Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the service, security, and legal compliance. Some registry records may be designed to be durable/public; removal may not always be possible in the way traditional databases work. Contact us and we’ll explain what’s possible for your record.
